摘要: Using an in vitro differentiation protocol we isolated cells with the properties of dendritic (DCs) from immunologically refractive pluripotent murine embryonic stem (ESCs). These ES-derived (ESDCs) expressed cytokines and were able to present antigen a T cell line. Infection ESDCs Salmonella Typhimurium stimulated expression immune markers thousands genes, many associated response. Consequently, this system provides novel model, amenable genetic modification, for monitoring host/pathogen interactions.
