摘要: Genotypes of Candida spp. isolated from exhalation 20 dolphins, 11 water samples captive pools, and 24 oral cavities staff members in an aquarium using a combination multiple drug resistance 1 gene (MDR1) the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) 5.8s-ITS 2 regions ribosomal RNA (ITS rDNA) sequences were studied. The holding ratios 70, 90, 29%, respectively. Isolated pathogenic yeast species common to dolphins environments albicans C. tropicalis. Identical genotypes both based on MDR1 ITSrDNA found some between dolphin staff, among environments, environments. results indicated diffusion exchange yeasts at isolates showed higher rates azole antifungals compared reference isolates.
