摘要: Abstract Soft matter and porous media analogies are used to derive micro-scale informed pressure–saturation relationships for cell aggregates. These aggregates may consist of different types an interstitial liquid. The extracellular matrix is the scaffold these soft materials first taken as rigid. Extension deformable material also addressed. In tissue mechanics, formulations very often not sustainable from computational point view due complexity pore scale phase distributions large size many problems interest. Hence, models formulated mainly at a larger scale, called macro scale. We that by exploiting theoretical results two flow in which incorporate information micro-scale. An example with indirect validation obtained relationship shown.
