摘要: A new technique for solid sampling, laser ablation in a liquid medium, has been developed and evaluated. sample was held medium contained flat-bottomed beaker. Laser pulses from Q-switched Nd:YAG were introduced the bottom of beaker focused on surface sample. Both vapour particles produced by trapped directly surrounding liquid, suspension formed. The offers both time spatial separation sampling introduction excitation processes ablation. morphological observation particles, evaluation trapping efficiency fractional ablation, direct into an inductively coupled argon plasma carried out. Nearly 100% absence obtained.
