摘要: Considering the association of increased fructose intake with rise in metabolic syndrome and gender differences in its incidence, this study was aimed at evaluating identifying optimal reference genes for the relative quantification gene expression by real-time PCR adipose tissue female rats exposed to a fructose-enriched diet as an animal model syndrome. The transcription four commonly used reference genes, BA, HPRT1, TBP B2M, was quantified TaqMan PCR. The stability these evaluated direct comparison Ct values using geNorm NormFinder algorithms. revealed HPRT1 most stable gene, both programs identified as combination experimental paradigm. In addition, shown be reliable enough sole gene. [Projekat Ministarstva nauke Republike Srbije, br. III41009]
