摘要: The crops that we grow for food need specific climatic conditions to show better performance in view of economic yield. A changing climate could have both beneficial and harmful effects on crops. Keeping the above mind, this study is undertaken investigate impacts change (viz. changes maximum temperature, minimum rainfall, humidity sunshine) yield cropping area four major Aus rice, Aman Boro rice wheat) Bangladesh. Heteroskedasticity autocorrelation consistent standard error (HAC) feasible generalized least square (FGLS) methods were used determine climate-crop interrelations using national level time series data period 1972–2010. Findings revealed all variables had significant contributions with distinct variation among them. Maximum temperature statistically significantly affected crops’ except rice. also insignificantly Minimum but benefited other three area. Rainfall benefitted Humidity positively contributed but, statistically, negatively influenced Sunshine only Overall, adversely rainfall severely only. Concerning issue ensuring security, respective authorities thus should give considerable attention generation, development extension drought (all crops) flood (particularly rice) tolerant varieties.
