摘要: Aromatic amines have been shown to cause bladder cancer. However, epithelial cells of the urinary bladder, origin cancer, may be exposed numerous substances besides aromatic amines. In present study, we analysed possible interactions between 4-aminobiphenyl (4-ABP) as well 2-naphthylamine (2-NA) and polycyclic hydrocarbon benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P). For this purpose incubated primary porcine (PUBEC) with concentrations 1 50 microM 4-ABP without co-exposure B[a]P. As expected B[a]P increased mRNA expression cytochrome P450 1A1 (CYP1A1), whereas had no effect. when co-exposed enhanced induction CYP1A1 by This result was confirmed Western blot analysis protein expression. A similar effect for also observed cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT1). Next, studied co-exposures 2-NA Similar B[a]P-mediated CYP1A1. Our results demonstrate that some enhance influence on Ah receptor-dependent genes.
