摘要: The expressions of cyclins A, D1 and E at the protein level were investigated by Western blotting in human colorectal carcinomas adjacent non-neoplastic mucosas. Cyclin was higher cancer tissue than mucosa 92% patients (35 out 38 cases). However, cyclin A expression that 63% (25 40 cases) cases, only 4 (10%) cancers had expression. Eleven (27%) demonstrated equivalent to mucosa. Equal mucosal tissues found 51% cases (20/39), lower 41% (16/39) three showed Proliferating-cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemistry revealed labeling index 43.5±8.3% while 14.8±5.1%.
