摘要: Why use poetry to enhance the individual’s ability read and understand text? How do we assist people with intellectual disabilities, specifically Down syndrome, an opportunity bring richer deeper meaning what they read? The special education community is waking up possibilities for expression which exist individuals syndrome. For several decades have assumed that IQ or intelligence number can professionals in determining just how far someone go much teach. In reviewing literature other learning those very distinct effective strategies, now ask, why not these same strategies intellectually disabled, syndrome?
