摘要: The tumor microenvironment is host to a complex network of cytokines that contribute shaping the intratumoral immune reaction. Chromosomal gains and losses, coupled with expression analysis, 59 receptors their functional networks were investigated in colorectal cancers. Changes local for 13 shown. Metastatic patients exhibited an increased frequency deletions from chromosome 4. Interleukin 15 (IL15) deletion corresponded decreased IL15 expression, higher risk recurrence, reduced patient survival. Decreased affected proliferation B T lymphocytes. Patients proliferating cells at invasive margin within center had significantly prolonged disease-free These results delineate chromosomal instability as mechanism modulating cytokine human tumors underline major role IL15. Our data provide further mechanisms resulting changes specific cell densities tumor, importance active lymphocyte
