摘要: Novel purification processes have been developed, based on the affinity interaction between complementary molecules, to circumvent difficulties associated with chromatography. Depending upon procedure used for isolating ligand-ligate complex, process can be termed ultrafiltration, partitioning or precipitation. This review describes developments, potentials, and applications of such procedures. Emphasis is also placed type choice ligands as well some common procedures by which covalently immobilized water-soluble insoluble matrices. Finally, problems challenges encountered novel are presented discussed.
