摘要: Ranking of head injuries by severity is an essential part clinical management, prognosis, treatment trials, and legal assessment for compensation. Various methods assessing are reviewed. No one scale appropriate all types injury, or in circumstances. A check list provided which should enable every injury to be assessed; its use would facilitate comparison between individual cases reports from different studies.
