摘要: Radioimmunoassay is based on a competition between labeled and unlabeled molecules of certain compound for the binding sites an antibody directed against same compound. The presence large amount will lead to extensive displacement from sites, thus, high radioactivity in unbound fraction. absolute amounts assayed are obtained comparison with standard curve known amounts.
