摘要: The knowledge of elemental speciation and interaction between species ligands (including biomolecules) can provide an understanding their transport, transformation, bioavailability, metabolic pathways toxicity in organisms. By taking advantage the powerful separation capabilities capillary electrophoresis (CE) capillaries/microchannels, atomic specificity, multi-elemental characteristics extremely high sensitivity inductively coupled plasma spectrometries (ICPs), CE-ICP hyphenation is one most preferred choices element–ligand/element–biomolecule as well indirect determination non-metallic compounds. This article provides overview capillaries microchannels to ICP with respect interfaces applications from speciation, element–ligand determination.
