摘要: As metallic nanoparticles are growing in importance as analytes CE, increases an interest appropriate detection methods for their quantification various samples. For gold (AuNPs), the most common UV poses intricacy of inadequate sensitivity that hinders applicability CE. With objective resolving this challenge, was compared with C(4) D and ICP-MS alternative modes AuNPs. A detector, applied under pressure-driven conditions, exhibited better than a detector. However, turned to be unsatisfactory differentiate signal AuNPs at CE conditions despite varying nature BGE conditions. Due intrinsic low background levels typical Au, greatly surpasses detection. After optimization trials, CE-ICP-MS gained LOD 2 × 10(-15) M, well excellent performance terms stability linearity. Also importantly, optimized appears matched explore behavior biologically relevant systems. This demonstrated by probing interaction between main blood-transporting protein, HSA.
