摘要: An HPLC-PAD-ESI/MS method has been developed for the analysis of anthraquinones in cell cultures Cinchona ‘Robusta’. Using a C18 column and gradient elution with mobile phase system containing acetonitrile, water trifluoroacetic acid, satisfactory separation both anthraquinone glycosides aglycones crude dichloromethane extract could be obtained. Robustaquinone B was identified as major extracts, another five were tentatively from spectroscopic data. A number minor unknown compounds detected distinguished known anthraquinones. isocratic quantitative determination robustaquinone also developed. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
