摘要: SUMMARY AnnBuilder is an R package for assembling genomic annotation data. The system currently provides parsers to process data from LocusLink, Gene Ontology Consortium, and Human Project can be extended new sources via user defined parsers. differs other existing systems in that it users with unlimited ability assemble selected sources. products of are files XML format easily used by different systems.
