摘要: Abstract Rhabdomyosarcoma is a malignant tumor originating from rhabdomyoblasts that rarely reported in domestic animals or free-living and pet birds. This paper presents case of rhabdomyosarcoma free-ranging yellow-headed caracara (Milvago chimachima), the muscle region proximal left humerus, with metastases pectoral muscles, heart, lungs, proventriculus. The cytology was suggestive because features cytoplasmic cross-striations cells. histopathologic examination revealed neoplastic proliferation composed spindle cells arranged irregular sheets bundles marked cellular pleomorphism, moderate mitotic ratio, multinucleated giant Some also presented evidence scant visible at histologic sections stained by hematoxylin eosin phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin.
