摘要: The present invention concerns a method to catalyze reporter deposition improve detection or quantitation of an analyte in sample by amplifying the detector signal which comprises reacting dependent enzyme activation system with conjugate consisting detectably labeled substrate specific for system, said reacts form activated deposits substantially wherever receptor is immobilized, not being reactive system. In another embodiment assay detecting quantitating presence absence using catalyzed amplify signal.
