摘要: The clear evidence that tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes with anti-tumor activity exist in situ raises the question why renal cell carcinomas (RCCs) progress vivo. A complex array of factors and pathways has been identified impinges on innate adaptive effector cells thereby inhibiting their against RCCs. current picture suppressive mechanisms contribute to failure immune system control RCCs is reviewed here. Understanding these host-tumor interactions broad implications for successful application cytokine therapy other forms immunotherapy RCC.
