摘要: The analysis and design of a two-stage passive RC polyphase filter for millimeter-wave quadrature local oscillator generation is presented. layout parasitics, which significantly deteriorate the performance at frequencies, are identified with help impedance variation transfer function analysis. To alleviate this parasitic degradation, new optimal structure along parasitic-compensation technique proposed, results in 15-dB improvement image rejection ratio, as compared conventional layout. Using proposed techniques, more than 35 dB over bandwidth 7 GHz demonstrated an outphasing transmitter 60 40-nm CMOS.
