摘要: Abstract A method, allowing correction of electrode polarization effect in case cell suspensions small volume fraction is proposed. The dielectric behavior human erythrocytes and erythrocyte ghosts was studied by time domain spectroscopy (TDDS) the estimation constants cell's structural parts (membrane, cytoplasm) on basis suitable models are presented. It shown that cells suspension, can be taken into account additional measurement corresponding supernatant. optimal TDDS measurements found to 3%–10%. ghost were demonstrate a single dispersion which described Debye equation. membrane constant different distributed near 5.
