摘要: Abstract Simultaneous parallel syntheses at distinct positions on a membrane support is exemplified with the preparation of series predefined, short peptide sequences (1). Cellulose paper sheets are used as absorptive membranes. Peptides assembled by manual or automated spotting small aliquots solutions containing activated amino acid derivatives onto marked sheets. The application this method to rapid epitope analysis demonstrated.
