摘要: An emulsion contains 50 to 90% by weight of an aqueous phase and 10 50% oil containing 30 a diluent oil, at least 10% one polyunsaturated fatty acid and/or derivative thereof. The has improved stability organoleptic properties can be used as dietary supplement, particularly when packaged in sachet or 'stick shot'.
