摘要: Weak localization theory of magnetoresistance in two-dimensional systems is re-investigated. A formulation developed which applicable up to magnetic field much larger than the exsisting theory. The result calculation compared with experiment on GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunction and agreement between them satisfactory.
