摘要: Total ion yield spectra of a supersonic beam Ar clusters have been recorded in the K‐shell (1s) spectral region using synchrotron radiation. The spectrum cluster component beams containing argon mean size N≊400 atoms is similar to that x‐ray absorption solid Ar. Analysis 1s extended fine structure (EXAFS) indicates an average first shell Ar–Ar distance solid, but there increased Debye–Waller (disorder/thermal motion) term as well changes higher coordination signals.Time‐of‐flight mass and photoion–photoion coincidence (PIPICO) are reported charge separation mechanisms multiply charged discussed. results compared those from recent studies 2p clusters.
