摘要: Vascular permeability factor (VPF), also known as vascular endothelial growth (VEGF), plays an important role in the increased and angiogenesis associated with many malignant tumors. In addition, VPF/VEGF is strongly expressed by epidermal keratinocytes wound healing psoriasis, disorders that are characterized microvascular angiogenesis. this study, we investigated expression of three bullous diseases subepidermal blister formation hyperpermeable dermal microvessels pronounced papillary edema. The mRNA was up-regulated lesional epidermis pemphigoid (n = 3), erythema multiforme dermatitis herpetiformis 4) detected situ hybridization. Epidermal labeling particularly intense over blisters, but strong noted areas adjacent to inflammatory infiltrates at a distance from blisters. Moreover, receptors, fit-1 KDR, were cells superficial microvessels. High levels (138–238 pM) fluids obtained five patients pemphigoid. Addition fluid human exerted dose-dependent mitogenic effect suppressed after depletion immunoadsorption. These findings suggest induction Increased diseases, leading edema fibrin deposition contributing bulla characteristic these disorders.
