摘要: Variations of the hypoxic fraction (HF) after single dose (13 Gy or 4 Gy) and during fractionated (5 fractions Gy, 1 2 per day) radiation therapy were studied in SCC VII tumors implanted subcutaneously hind legs C3H/He/Jms mice using paired survival curve method. Whole-body irradiation was delivered to tumor-bearing without anesthesia physical restraint, because both are known increase HF artificially. The decreased a 13 biphasic fashion: extremely rapidly within hr comparatively slowly following 12-72 hr. On other hand, nearly no fall observed 24 dose. Also, reoxygenation found occur more interfraction period as number increased irrespective differences time. However, just before each significantly higher than pretreatment level for regimens. Thus, patterns low high doses different from other, did not always proceed similar manner that irradiation. Reoxygenation facilitated proceeded, but it sufficient remain at comparable
