摘要: In the developing cerebellum of 5- and 10-day-old rats 20 μl ENU solution was injected. At site injection a cavity filled with erythrocytes seen, this lined hematogenous macrophages. They made their appearance 2 days after injection, were seen present even 75 following experimental treatment, long all degenerative phagocytic processes completed. distance from reactive macrophages in external granular layer, where cells killed an exposure to ENU. endogenous macrophages, they also appeared within injection. After phagocytosis debris unlike cavity, could not be seen. Presumably had reverted resting state. It is suggested that normal are endogenously, under conditions lesions participate phagocytosis.
