摘要: The whole heads of 6 days old rats were exposed to 150R X-ray irradiation induce cell-death in the external granular layer cerebellum. animals sacrificed a developmental sequence, and tissue obtained from cerebellum was prepared for electron microscopy. On basis cytological criteria established macrophages normal animals, characteristics resting reactive their transformation one state other experimental are described. In showed hypertrophic nuclear changes which found identical those seen microglial elements. Issues pertaining ultrastructural macrophages, endogenous presence developing cerebellum, into microglia cells discussed.
