摘要: River catchments flowing into the Texas portion of Gulf Mexico encompass a broad geographic area, with latitude ranging from around 38°N in southern Colorado to 25°N northern and longitude about 108°W western New 93°W Louisiana. Eleven major rivers discharge US, including Rio Grande, which borders Mexico. There are eight freshwater ecoregions within rivers. The climate region ranges markedly humid continental eastern subtropical south Texas, alpine Mexico, desert Texas. pass through 16 highly diverse terrestrial ecoregions, include forests, grasslands, prairies, savannahs, shrublands, deserts.
