摘要: Objective To determine associations between clinical and histologic factors in dogs with primary lung tumors outcome to develop a grading method for tumors. Design Retrospective study. Animals 67 undergoing thoracotomy lobectomy Procedure Medical records sections were reviewed evaluate of prognostic importance. Association these disease-free interval (DFI) survival time was evaluated, using the Cox proportional hazards model. Median DFI determined, Kaplan-Meier product-limit method. Results Clinical significantly associated prognosis score, detection signs, metastasis regional lymph nodes. On basis developed. Dogs well-differentiated had longer (median DFI, 493 days) than moderately 191 or poorly 0 differentiated signs nodes shorter times which masses discovered as an incidental finding. implications well-differentiated, nonmetastasized, that do not have tumor favorable prognosis. more advanced disease aggressive histologically may require treatment, such chemotherapy combination surgery. The proposed here be useful other
