摘要: Syntenin-1 is an intracellular PDZ protein that binds multiple proteins and regulates trafficking, cancer metastasis, exosome production, synaptic formation, IL-5 signaling. However, the functions of have not yet been clearly characterized in detail, especially vivo. In this study, we generated a knock out (KO) mouse strain analyzed role(s) signaling, because direct interaction with cytoplasmic domain receptor α subunit regulation signaling by reported. Unexpectedly, number IL-5-responding cells was normal levels fecal immunoglobulins were rather higher KO mice. We also found IgA IgM production splenic B stimulated vitro increased addition, showed distribution intestinal microbial flora influenced Our data indicate negatively immunoglobulin has function to maintain homeostasis The analysis mice may provide novel information on only mucosal immunity but other such as metastasis neural development.
