摘要: Subtraction hybridization using a cDNA library prepared from temporally spaced mRNAs human melanoma cells treated with recombinant fibroblast interferon (IFN-beta) plus mezerein (MEZ) that induces terminal differentiation (tester library) and actively proliferating (driver produced Temporally Spaced Subtracted (TSS) library. This approach resulted in the identification of associated (mda) genes displaying both enhanced suppressed expression during growth inhibition differentiation. In present report, we describe novel mda-9 consists 2084 nucleotides, encodes protein 298 amino acids predicted M(r) approx. 33 kDa. Treatment SV40-immortalized normal immune interferon, INF-gamma, suppression enhances without inducing These results establish induction cells, combination type I + MEZ, can elicit signaling pathways gene changes also regulated by II interferon.
