摘要: Abstract A direct solid phase radioimmunoassay for the measurement of total serum IgE in rat has been developed. The assay is very sensitive with a lower limit detection 5 ng/ ml. intra and interassay reproducibility proves to be acceptable specificity demonstrated by looking at interference other immunoglobulins. Preliminary results on levels are given.
