摘要: Engineered tissues need a vascular network to supply cells with nutrients and oxygen after implantation. A that can connect the vasculature of patient implantation be included during in vitro culture. For optimal integration, this needs highly organized, including venules, capillaries, arterioles, all sufficient nutrients. Owing importance vascularization for clinical applicability tissue engineering, many approaches have been investigated include an organized constructs. This review will give overview recent efforts, propose future perspectives engineer optimal, functional network.
