摘要: New research has indicated that Gastrodiae Rhizome (GR) potential anti-diabetic and anti-asthmatic effects in mouse models. On the basis of our previous study relative bioavailability gastrodin (GAS) parishin (PA) from extract powder GR, we performed further on tissue distribution excretion two analytes. A reliable bioanalytical method for quantification GAS PA rat tissues is required. Chromatographic separation was carried out a gradient mobile phase acetonitrile-water with 0.1% formic acid. Calibration curves (1/x2 weighted) offered satisfactory linearity (r2  > 0.9835) within 100-3000 ng mL-1  > 0.9862) 10-1000 ng mL-1 PA. The standard deviations intra-day inter-day precision were all <14.98%, whilst errors accuracy ±14.71%. matrix effect recovery values biological matrices examination. data differences GR higher bioavailabilities obtained when dosage 4 g kg-1 used.
