摘要: Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are with more than one double bond in the chemical structure. Arachidonic acid (ARA, 20:4 (n-6)) and eicosapentaenoic (EPA, 22:5 (n-3)) common PUFAs beneficial health effects. Marine fish meat main sources of omega-3 omega-6 human’s diet, respectively. In particular, there is a general decline catch, implicating need for an alternative source acids. Previous studies have examined production polyunsaturated including ARA EPA by various microorganisms, microalgae, fungi, thraustochytrids. this study, 10 isolates four estuarine Halophytophthora species (Halophytophthora avicenniae, polymorphica, vesicula, spinosa var. spinosa) cultured from fallen mangrove leaves Taiwan was examined. The yield ranged 0.004 to 0.052 g/L highest obtained H. IMB162, but no or very low level produced IMB162. For spp., 0 0.047 g/L. Percentage total between 7.16 25.02 %. One-way ANOVA analysis using Tukey Test (p ≥ 0.05) suggested that significant difference percentage isolates, which 0.01 18.42 BODIPY 505/515 fluorescent staining suggests lipid bodies were evenly distributed mycelia species.
