Properties of artificial grain boundary weak links grown on Y-ZrO2 bicrystals

摘要: Weak links were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition of YBa2Cu3Ox thin films on Y-ZrO2 bicrystal substrates. They formed transferring the boundary into epitaxial film during growth. Their properties determined misorientation angle ( theta ) between two halves bicrystal. The transport weak studied as a function and an exponential dependence link critical current density was observed for angles up to 45 degrees . Clear Josephson effects with good microwave magnetic field response observed.
