摘要: To assess the effects of exposure to Cd and Zn on rat testicular development, offspring, from mothers receiving either tap water, Cd, or Cd+Zn during gestation lactation periods, were observed gestational day (GD) 20 postnatal days (PND) 12, 21 35. During gestation, induced maternal hypozincemia less transfer fetus. lactation, progressive accumulation depletion in testis at PND12 PND21 noted. An increase abnormal seminiferous tubules a decrease weight plasmatic testosterone concentration also PND35 respectively. Interestingly, supply significant protection against toxicity. These results suggest that toxic development are mediated by disruption metabolism, which is established pregnancy causing deficiency fetuses continues become more pronounced lactation.
