摘要: Abstract Background & Aims: Eradication of Helicobacter pylori infections in humans results the healing gastritis and gastric ulcers. This study used a mouse model to test whether oral vaccination can cure infection gastritis. Methods: Mice were infected with felis . Three weeks after infection, mice orally immunized H. urease B subunit. Control simultaneously but sham immunized. Results: 8 immunization —infected recombinant subunit, cleared there was no evidence Vaccinated remained protected against two consecutive challenges. Conclusions: These show that lack natural immunity be overcome by offers novel therapeutic approach -induced
