摘要: The immune response of mice to the cell wall polysaccharide group A streptococci is controlled by a single, autosomal gene, Ir-A-CHO. Ir-A-CHO appears occur in form three alleles: allele determines high responsiveness; it dominant over b, which confers low responsiveness. combination with proposed second responder c leads intermediate responses. not linked locus that controls hair color, agouti-locus, nor CH allotype or H-2 complex. In addition streptococcal controled genes determine heterogeneity response. This complex but nevertheless limited set autosomal, codominant and generally has no specificity respect expression certain variable region antibodies. These traits must be regarded as regulatory whose control independent allotype.
