摘要: A directory-based protocol is provided for maintaining data coherency in a multiprocessing (MP) system having number of processors with associated write-back caches, multistage interconnection network (MIN) leading to shared memory, and global directory the main memory keep track state control information cache lines. Upon request by requesting line which has been exclusively modified source cache, two buffers are situated collectively intercept words during memory. word buffer used capture within line. Moreover, stores an old transferred from write back operation. Finally, buffer, together, provide entire cache.
