摘要: Originally released in 1905 by Alfred Binet and Theodore Simon, the Binet-Simon Intelligence Scale marked beginning of a new era measurement intelligence. Initially designed as diagnostic system primarily for identifying children with mental retardation, first edition included 30 pass-fail items such word problems, paper cutting, repeating sentences digits. The original concepts, presenting varying levels difficulty, use age-graded norms to predict age, provision standardized instructions administration, set precedent development future measures intelligence.
