摘要: trans-Ferulic acid (TFA) has antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, and cardioprotective effects, but its poor solubility in water results unsatisfactory oral bioavailability when administered conventionally at a standard dosage. However, the limited of TFA can be overcome by delivering it nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs). In this study, microemulsion (ME)-based method was used to prepare NLCs with ethyl oleate as liquid component glyceryl behenate solid component. These nanoparticles (SLNs) were then vehicles for TFA. Their entrapment efficiencies (EE), stability during storage, vitro release profiles, vivo pharmacokinetics compared. The NLC formulation afforded drug efficiency that significantly greater than SLN formulation, which made using single lipid. Furthermore, dispersed disordered binary matrix more stable thus showed less expulsion from vehicle storage. pharmacokinetic studies, yielded Cmax AUC produced an aqueous suspension. This markedly improved packaging NLCs. are promising administration, significant advantages over SLNs.
