摘要: The search for genetic damage in neoplastic cells has become a central theme of contemporary cancer research. Two sorts have been sought: (a) lesions that alter the expression otherwise normal genes, and (b) change functions gene products. Both found, both may play role genesis human neoplasia [1]. Here I review evidence one often-neglected abnormality—the spontaneous amplification DNA—may impose tumorigenic burden on by enforcing inordinate expression.
