摘要: The potential adverse effects of e-waste recycling activity on environment are getting increasing concern. In this work, a model alga, Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, was employed to assess the toxic leachates paddy soils and river sediments collected from dismantling sites. Chemical analysis their were carried out growth rate, chlorophyll fluorescence anti-oxidative systems alga measured. Results showed that two decreased amount PSII active reaction centers affected photosynthesis performance, interfered with synthesis inhibited algal growth. Some chemical pollutants in such as polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) metals derived may impose oxidative stress algae affect enzymes GST, SOD, CAT APX. both potentially primary producers, P. subcapitata leachate more deleterious than soils.
