摘要: Mammary adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a rare breast cancer variant. It accounts for less than 0.1% of all cases cancer. Fewer 250 documented ACC have been reported to date. These tumours described most frequently in salivary glands. However, the prognostic generally better glands and comparison other carcinomas [14, 16]. The histologic features are similar that sites but this not case with regard natural history. In chapter, we describe epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, pathology, management ACC.
