摘要: Accidental or intentional (therapeutic) exposure of humans to large doses ionizing radiation chemotherapeutic drugs often causes major detrimental effects on essential bodily functions. The hematopoietic and immune systems are most susceptible lethal damage. gastrointestinal system is also sensitive damage but the dose irradiation usually much higher than in case system. If received not sufficient produce irreversible other organs, cause damage, exposed individual can be rescued from death by reconstitution with a bone marrow graft. However, allogeneic grafts lead severe graft-versus-host disease closely matched autologous available. Alternative methods restoration without using cellular would desirable. Currently, best candidates generate such desirable regeneration biological response modifiers (BRMs) as cytokines. These factors involved controlling production activation cell populations. This review intended summarize current knowledge regarding abilities these either potentiate help ameliorate resolve that otherwise lethal.
