摘要: Background Baculoviral IAP repeat containing 6 (BIRC6), a member of the inhibitors apoptosis protein (IAP) family, has been reported to be correlated with oncogenesis. The aim this study was investigate prognostic significance BIRC6 in prostate cancer, as well its effects on cancer cell lines. Material/Methods expression investigated 112 tissues and 86 benign disease using immunohistochemistry. Overall survival assessed by Kaplan-Meier analysis log-rank test. To evaluate BIRC6, Cox regression models were applied. human cells confirmed via small interfering RNA.
